“A visit to the dentist has been a daunting thing for me for as long as I remember. So finding a dentist with whom I could develop a trusting relationship was vital. After some research I made an appointment at Beacon Cove Dental. From the very first visit I knew I was in the right place with the right dentist. I was warmly greeted and taken into the surgery almost immediately. I was informed at all times of what was to occur as Fern gently went about her business.
At a further appointment a full dental plan was presented and thoroughly explained with alternatives offered. Similar goals were identified and I was assured that all decisions were entirely mine. Every question was addressed and at no time did I feel rushed or a nuisance.
The friendly and reassuring staff gave me confidence on each visit, and a skilled hygienist Bree addressed several issues in a professional and reassuring manner.
